A: Yes, we have satisfied customers from all around the world. However, you must have a USA Xbox Live Accounts to be able to use our 1600 and 4000 Xbox Live Points. But the gold card works WORLDWIDE.
Q: Will this GOLD CARD MEMBERSHIP works for Xbox 360 console in my country?
A: YES, WE GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL WORK FOR ALL GAMER TAG ACCOUNT, but the 1600 and 4000 points works only for US account.

Although we have an excellent refund policy, please do your best to make sure that you do have a USA Xbox Live Account for 1600 and 4000 points purchase.

Q: How will you send me the Xbox Live Points?
A: We will send the code in the email address that you specify when you bought the Xbox Live Points from us. You can then redeem the code to use it with your USA Xbox Live Account.
Q: How fast will I get the code?
A: We will send the code instantly after your payment is cleared. Please note that our credit card processor use a sophisticated risk modeling, fraud detection and manual review to make sure that the transaction is not fraudulent. The vast majority of our transactions are processed instantly and the code is delivered within 10 seconds. Unfortunately, a small amount of transaction does take longer to process.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you purchase a code and the code does not work on your Xbox 360 a full refund will be issued within 5-7 days of purchase. The buyer must notify me within 48hrs of purchase if the code does not work to receive a refund. If the code was redeemed no refund will be given. If your credit card billing and/or shipping information triggers an alarm flag by our automated fraud detection system, we could ask for more information from you.
If we are unable to verify the information with you or the issuing bank, your order could be delayed or cancelled.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Redeeming the Code
Q: How do I redeem the code?
A: Basically, there are two ways to redeem the code:
- From the Xbox 360 console, go to the Xbox Dashboard. Select Xbox Live Marketplace. Then select Redeem Code. Enter the 25-character cpde.
- From www.xbox.com, sign in using the Windows Live ID associated with your Gamertag. Select Manage Profile from the menu on the upper right corner, near your Gamertag. Click Redeem Prepaid Card and enter your 25-character code.
